Davis and I came in late today after school, after visiting friends, and playing in the park. As soon as we came in we hit the tub with dinner to follow. As Davis was playing in the tub he wanted to know why dad's car is here if he is not here. I explained that before dad went to Houston they came by to drop off dads car because they think there might be some bad weather while dad is gone. Then I said we would not want to have to buy a new car right now. Davis said, "but mom if something happens to your car you just call Nationwide". I said, "what?" He said, "mom you just call Nationwide if something happens to your car." So I jokingly said, "because their on your side...ha ha ha." And he got very stern with me and YES!!! They are on your side. I have seen a lot of commericals for them and they will buy you a new car." After laughing my rear off....we carried on with our night. I sure hope we have Nationwide if anything ever happens!! HA HA!!!
Not much news around here. Rich is in Houston this week. Vegas next week. Gotta love that!!! Guess where Mom is?
On the bright side.... my big SIS from DZ sorority is coming to town Friday(have not seen her in forever...can not even count how long it has been maybe 13 years)...so myself and another DZ sis here in the metroplex are all meeting in the STOCK YARDS. I am so excited!! I am hoping to fufill a childhood dream of having a cold one in BILLY BOBS with girlfriends!!! How cool is that? The rest of the dream includes George Strait and we won't even go there and doubt that part is coming true!! Hope to have some photos of this event next week!!!
