We had Davis' birthday party yesterday at a Giant Tree house! A local church spent their money on a 3 story play structure instead of a new sanctuary to bring in young families. Then they rent it out for b-day parties and such. It was so much fun. I think everyone had a great time. My boy was very tired after running, playing and climbing!!! After the party Davis and I both got a great gift.....The Grannies took Davis home with them for a few days of fun and games during Spring Break. He will stay in G-ville for the front half of the week and then I will spend Wed up there and then we will come home for the end of the week and play dates with friends!!! Then we will have egg dying and all the Easter fun next weekend!!!
Things have been very wild around here lately!!! I took my teaching tests on Wed...but before that I was studying quite a bit...just to brush off the old cobwebs...LOL! There was a big mix up with my registration and there was last minute panic that I was not going to be able to take the tests and I would forfeit my almost $300 bucks....NO WAY MAN!!! Rich got in a car accident in the middle of all that chaos...so mama had some good crying time. Everything ended up fine....but we had a rough couple of weeks around here....But in the end....I am certifiable....I mean I am ceritifed to teach in Texas and California (Still). 
We had an unexpected snow day the first week of March... Davis said that morning, "Mom if there is not enough snow to make a snowman...then I do not even want it to snow today". How to respond....ok Davis have a chat with God. And he must have...we got about 6.5 inches and they closed schools for a day and a half!!! Boy of boy did he have fun. The mystery to me is why my son thinks snow is a snack. Every time he is in snow...since he was a baby...he loves to eat snow!!! Strange!!! After it was all melted the girls at school taught me how to make snow ice cream...so next snow event...we are set!!!
I'm off to scrap!!! I'll try not to be away so long next time!!!
